ALL LOCAL GRAPHIC AND PRINT JOBS REQUIRE A 100% ADVANCED PAYMENT DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON PLACING AN ORDER. IT IS THE POLICY OF LA FAMILIA MEDIA THAT SUCH ADVANCED PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE .LA FAMILIA MEDIA DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT COLOR OR CUTS ON JOBS. BY SENDING SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES TO LA FAMILIA MEDIA CLIENT REPRESENTS THAT CLIENT IS THE SOLE AUTHOR OF THE WORK AND POSSESSES ALL RIGHTS TO USE SUCH SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXCLUSIVE LICENSES. CLIENT FURTHER REPRESENTS THAT THE SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES DO NOT INFRINGE UPON ANY STATUTORY COPYRIGHT, COMMON LAW RIGHT, TRADEMARK, LICENSE OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHT. IN FURNISHING SUCH SPECIFICATIONS, IMAGES OR FILES TO LA FAMILIA MEDIA, CLIENT AGREES TO HOLD LA FAMILIA MEDIA HARMLESS AGAINST ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE OR EXPLOITATION. IF DELIVERY IS IMPAIRED BY AN ACT OF GOD, ELECTRICAL FAILURES, AIRLINE DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS, ETC., LA FAMILIA MEDIA WILL MAKE A REASONABLE ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE AND SHIP THE CUSTOMER’S JOB, HOWEVER. CLIENT AGREES NOT TO HOLD LA FAMILIA MEDIA LIABLE IF DELIVERY IS IMPAIRED OR DELAYED BY AN SUCH ACT OF GOD, ELECTRICAL FAILURES, AIRLINE DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS, OR ANY OTHER UNFORESEEABLE DELAY IN DELIVERY.
Due to our gang run printing process of flyers the EXACT COLOR and FLYER CUTS cannot be guaranteed.
LA FAMILIA MEDIA POLICY ON PROOFS SENT BY EMAIL OR FAX (ONLY IF WE ARE DESIGNING). THE PURPOSE OF A PROOF IS TO ELIMINATE ERRORS OR DISSATISFACTION. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL US YOUR APPROVAL. BY APPROVING BOTH SIDES OF THE FLYER, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES TO RE-MAKE OR CHANGE A JOB IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SIGNED OFF ON A PROOF THAT CONTAINED AN ERROR (YOUR ERROR OR OUR ERROR) INCLUDING SPELLING ERRORS. WE ALSO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME TO RE-MAKE OR CHANGE YOUR JOB AND THIS WILL EFFECT THE DUE DATE. DESIGN FEE’S ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN STARTED BY OUR TEAM.
YOU, THE CLIENT, CANNOT CREATE A “SERVICE MARK” OR “TRADEMARK” USING IMAGES BELONGING TO LA FAMILIA MEDIA OR ITS LICENSORS.
LA FAMILIA MEDIA POLICY ON SHIPPING
LA FAMILIA MEDIA WILL MAKE EVERY NECESSARY ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE AND SHIP THE CUSTOMER’S JOB ON SCHEDULE. IF A DELIVERY IS IMPAIRED BY AN ACT OF GOD, ELECTRICAL FAILURES, AIRLINE DELIVERY DELAYS, ANY TRANSPORTATION DELAY, OR CANCELLATIONS, OR ANY OTHER DELAY OUT OF LA FAMILIA MEDIA’ CONTROL, THEN LA FAMILIA MEDIA WILL ASSIST THE CLIENT IN LOCATING THE DELIVERY. LA FAMILIA MEDIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BOXES LOST OR DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO HOLD LA FAMILIA MEDIA LIABLE UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
LA FAMILIA MEDIA LOCAL CLIENT ORDERS
ALL LOCAL ORDERS WILL BE HELD FOR A PERIOD OF 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM. IF YOU ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP DURING THIS TIME, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR BOX IF IT GETS LOST, DAMAGED OR TRASHED. TO AVOID ANY OF THESE INCIDENTS, WE URGE YOU TO PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BOX WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME.
By the time your job is received by email, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We are not responsible for proofing any submitted jobs and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part after submission of work.
CANCELLING A JOB ALREADY IN PROGRESS
Due to the nature of the 24 hour turnaround printing, we process jobs as soon as they are paid. If you need to cancel or replace any files on an order you have placed, you must call and speak to a La Famiila Media Manager no later than 10 minutes after your order is paid. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we will be more than happy to attempt to replace or cancel the order. If the job is already scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment when re-making your order including shipping cost.
ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED, CLIENT WILL BE IN AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.
